5. Order Tracking & Real-Time Updates

As soon as your package is handed over to our courier partner, you will receive an automated shipping confirmation email containing your unique Tracking Number / AWB and a live tracking link. You can check the real-time status of your parcel at any time.

6. Leak-Proof & Secure Packaging

Cleaning products require specialized handling. All Cleanovya liquid bottles and powders are sealed with tamper-evident caps, protected with bubble-cushion wrapping, and shipped in sturdy corrugated boxes to prevent spills or physical damage during transit.

7. Damaged, Tampered, or Leaking Shipments

If you notice the outer packaging is visibly torn, crushed, or leaking at the time of delivery:

• Please take clear photos/video of the outer package before accepting or opening.
• Contact our support team at support@cleanovya.shop within 48 hours of receipt with your Order ID and photos.
• We will inspect the report and immediately arrange a free replacement at zero extra cost.
